Joseph Montanari is an accomplished jeweler, designer, goldsmith, and appraiser, who apprenticed to a local goldsmith/jeweler after college, and then started his own business in 1973 as a one-man repair shop, doing ring sizing and basic jewelry repairs for other local jewelry stores.  Active in his community, Joe has served as president of his local business association,  board member of the state jewelers association, president of the local historical society, and presently serves as president of his neighborhood association. 

Sally Lynn Mitschke is a talented designer, with a wealth of fresh original design ideas.  A skilled artist, Sally can produce fine pencil renderings on paper.  Even more impressive is her skill with the CAD/CAM program, whereby she develops new design concepts by means of a powerful and complex computer program. 

Randy Balentine comes from the old school tradition of fine hand craftsmanship, and learned the fundamentals of diamond setting when he was fourteen years old.  A stickler for detail, Randy produces some of the prettiest hand work imaginable.  In the field of creative jewelry design, we are constantly pushing the limits.  Fortunately, there are few technical challenges Randy cannot handle in area of goldsmithing and stone setting.  By all accounts, he is a master of his art.
